Your birth date tells us a lot. Your birth time tells us where on the map things fall. Because the Earth turns about 15° every hour, the lines on a city map can move noticeably with even a small change in time.
Where to find it
- A full-form birth certificate (some countries include the time, some don't).
- Hospital or family records, baby books, or old letters.
- Asking a parent or relative — even an approximate time helps.
- In some countries, the civil registry can provide a detailed record on request.
If you don't know it
You can still use Find Your City. We'll be upfront about which results are less precise without a time and focus more on the themes that don't depend on it. You can add or correct your time later and everything recalculates.
